Manufacturing is shrinking

As Manufacturing across the  world including US is shrinking there are probablities for US to go in recession if  situation doesn't improve in Europe and Fed doesn't act  after the recent string of disappointments in U.S. economic data.



Mean While Merkel's junior partner, the pro-business Free Democratic Party, is angry about the mounting hints in Berlin that Germany might ultimately agree to collective debt issuance by euro-zone governments, known as euro bonds as France, Italy and some other euro-zone countries are pushing Germany to back euro bonds, which would help struggling euro members to reduce their borrowing costs by tapping the collective financial strength of the 17-country currency bloc.
