Central Banks are being ineffective ??

ECB cut interest rate as per expectations but People's bank of China rate cut was not expected .Sudden rate cut  shows worry of economic slowdown in china but investors were tepid as markets were unable to stay high or hold high later day this  shows that central banks action are being ineffective .Analysts, like investors, expressed doubts that central bankers would accomplish much with the latest moves. Interest rates are already so close to zero in many developed economies that conventional measures to boost growth are at or near their limits.
Investors will get important clues Friday about whether the Federal Reserve is likely to join the parade of global credit easing. That is when the U.S. Labor Department releases its report on U.S. job growth and unemployment in June.
