European Leaders made good progress but without ECB involvement, the debt crisis will flare up again but key question for the ECB is how far they are ready to go into unconventional measures to stabilize the economy and save the euro ??
As well BOE is going to increase its quantitative easing (QE) budget of £325 billion by another £50 billion but will they cut the base rate ?? because inflation in UK is in comfortable zone.
