Markets hopes for BOOST from FED

On Tuesday Stock markets and currencies shoots up  across globe  on hope of FED easing but high probablity that FED may just keep playing with word
" EASING ON TABLE ".Today's FED policy will be trendsetter for particularly gold and US stocks.

Meanwhile G 20 keep pressure up on Agela Merkel for " Quick and Concrete " action to resolve european debt crisis but  Chuck Butler, President of EverBank World Markets, considers it an ineffective approach: “For one thing, the German constitution, if you will, is not going to approve her saying that she'll pool euro-area debt. So, the G-20 leaders are barking up the wrong tree.”

There was high demand and simultaneously high yield on spanish  12- and 18-month bonds. They raised 3.04 billion euros out of the 3.0 billion target. Still, the yield the country had to pay to issue 1-year debt reached a euro area record high of 5.074% in comparison with 2.985% seen at the previous auction.

Today's important economic data,

  • UK unemployment rate
  • UK BOE minutes
  • US EIA  crude oil inventories
  • US FOMC  meeting & economic  projections
